Sandpiper Lounge, (aka The Dirty Bird) was
established in 1942 by a small local family, the Harrells. Today, the same
family still runs this World Famous bar. After 65 years this classic dive bar
hasn't changed a bit; it’s still dark, a little musty, and lit by only the glow
of red candles, and a few strands of Christmas lights. VKB starts at 9:30 and
play until 1:30 AM… Live music 7 NIGHTS A WEEK/365 days a year… The drinks are as
stiff as the rules ~That’s a joke. But really… the drinks are pretty stiff so
you'll get your moneys worth: 4 SECOND POURS... Well drinks start at $5.50, up
to the top shelf... We hope to see you soon.
